JEREMY & KAsIE ULMER

Jeremy and Kasie have served at New Life together as student ministry pastors since 2005, and stepped into a Lead Pastoral role in January of 2020.  Jeremy is a graduate of Abilene Christian University with a business management degree and Kasie is a talented hair stylist. Married in 2005, they have three children, Jackson, John Lowry and Georgia. PASTOR JEFF & TERRI ULMER
Founding Pastors

Pastor Jeff is the Founding Pastor of what is now known as, New Life Family Church. Over 20 years ago, in 1999 they returned to the MS Gulf Coast from Texas to continue serving in ministry and to faithfully steward what God was beginning to do here at the dome. Together Pastor and Mrs. Terri share a love for people and the God who loves them. The Ulmers met at Southeastern University, an Assemblies of God school in Lakeland, Florida and were married in 1976. Pastor Jeff was ordained in 1979. Bryce and Collean Nettles
Next Generation Pastors  

Bryce, his wife Collean, and their growing family have joined our team as Next Generation Pastors after years of Dream Team serving in ministry. Their hearts are to serve our New Life families and see the next generation come to know Jesus in a safe, and fun way. They may be a house divided by college football teams, but Bryce and Collean agree on many things, such as: coffee, walking Front Beach, football Saturdays, and playing with their little ones, Ellie Bryce, Briggs and Blaze. Gavin & Hannah Vice
Worship Pastors 

Gavin joined the NL Family in December of 2019. He is from Hurley, MS where he served on staff at Three Rivers Assembly as the student pastor and worship leader. His heart to serve the local church shows through his leadership in both student ministries and worship moments. Gavin holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Biblical Studies from SUM Bible College & Theological Seminary. The addition of his wife, Hannah, and their sweet daughter, EK have made this season of ministry even better! Hannah serves alongside Gavin on the Worship Team and Creative Team. MIKE & HOLLY WILSON
Ministry Directors

Holly joined the team in 2003 and serves as Ministry Coordinator at New Life. She loves to serve our NL Family behind the scenes making sure all ministries are staffed with Dream Teams, designing engaging environments for ministry events, efficiently running our admin offices, and keeping everyone fed! Have you noticed, we eat a lot of doughnuts and tacos around the dome! Holly has a heart to see the church grow by ministering to the families who call New Life home. Holly and her husband Mike are both 2001 graduates of Dallas Baptist University and were married the same year. They have 2 very active boys that are involved in sports year round. Mike and Holly are also the parents of Pastor Jeff and Terri’s oldest grandsons, Colby and Cannon. Drew & Hannah Fennell
Creative Directors & Staff Pastors

Hannah is a 2015 graduate of Southwestern Assemblies of God University where she studied Church Ministry and Business Management. She joined the NL Family in 2014 as Creative Director overseeing all creative arts and social media communications at the dome. Drew joined NL Staff in 2023 as one of our Staff Pastors, teaching Alpha and serving in many capacities. Drew and Hannah married June 1, 2021, Abigail is their firstborn and baby brother is expected July of 2024! They both share a desire to do life with other young families. Darnell & Robin Davis
Facility managers & Pastoral Counselor

Robin and Darnell have served together in many ministry capacity together from 1988 - 2017. Under Pastor Jeff’s leadership, they served as worship Pastors at New Life Family Church. Robin and Darnell have four children and five grandchildren. After they retired, Robin and Darnell have continued to faithfully serve at New Life, making everyday a blessing for those who attend as our facility managers. “We believe in a standard of excellence and giving everything to the task we are in charge of, no matter how small. We are honored to be a part of such a vital and growing ministry.”

Robin is a NCCA Certified Pastoral Counselor. Her faith based counseling empowers diverse indiviuals, families, and groups to accomplish mental health, wellness, education, and career goals. SANDI CUNNINGHAM
PRESCHOOL DIRECTOR

Mrs. Sandi has been serving in NL Kids and Preschool leadership for over a decade at The Dome. Any family with young kids has received a loving hug or the gift of personal attention from Mrs. Sandi! TERRY MOTT
STAFF PASTOR

Terry and Denise Mott have been attending NL for several years and serving in multiple ministry areas. Worship, Teaching New Believer’s classes, NL Kids and Embrace Grace have all gotten their loving care and attention. Mr. Terry has a heart to disciple new believers and bring them closer to Jesus. Dr. Joseph Rivard
Missions pastor

Dr. Rivard joined the NL team in 2023 as our Missions Pastor and we are so grateful! With a truly global mindset and heart to see the nations come to know Jesus, Pastor Joseph has gone around the world and back to build relationships with our missions partners and support them in the best ways possible! His degree in education and specializations in psychology, ease of communication being bilingual, and heart for upmost excellence in all that he does adds extreme comfort to any missions team while traveling abroad!
